Composition

Each kg contains :
Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) 100g
Colistin (as colistin sulfate) 250,000,000IU

Indications

Prevention and treatment of following disease caused by susceptible bacteria to amoxicillin and colistin in calves and pig
- Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., Hemophilus spp.,
- Escherichia coli., Salmonella typhymurium, Actinobacillus pleuropnemoniae

Dosage and Administration

Administer 15~50mg of Colamox per kg of body weight for 3~5 days via drinking water or mixed with feed or milk replacer.

Precautions

· Withdrawal period : Cattle, Pig-15 days.
· Keep the withdrawal period.
· Do not use for animals with a history of an allergic reaction to penicillin.
· Do not use for animals with renal failure.
· Do not use for calves older than 5 months.
· Read full directions before use.
· Keep the dosage and administration.
· Use by veterinarian’s instruction, and veterinary use only.
· Keep out of reach of children.
· Use the unsealed product as soon as possible.
